- Manufacturing defect? No problem, we'll exchange or repair your favorite piece of jewelry for you.
- Manufacturing defects? These happen very rarely, but if they do, we will of course take care of them.

- Unauthorized modifications: Please contact us before attempting any DIY repairs.
