Hi Alex, thanks for your feedback! The quality is handmade and the material is 925 sterling silver. I pride myself in selling jewelry, which is 100% what I would purchase and wear myself. In fact, I always wear all of the jewelry for several weeks before even considering selling it - that’s how much I care. You purchased several earrings over a couple of orders, so I am a bit confused - why you are keep on buying, when you hate the quality and never contacted me about it?!
