★ What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via PayPal and Klarna. PayPal gives you the option to choose your favorite secure billing method (debit transfer, credit cards, etc.). Klarna additionally offers an invoice option for qualified purchases.
★ How long will it take for my order to be posted?
We do our best to send out your order as soon as possible. Orders are processed daily, so usually it does not take more than 1-3 business days till your package is on the way to you. During very busy times (for example Holidays) processing may take up to 5 business days. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a tracking code via Email, so you can always see where it is at.
★ Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Germany.
For orders outside the EU there may be additional charges such as local taxes, duties and additional fees associated with your purchase, charged and collected by your local customs and authorities. The customer is fully responsible for any of such charges. Information about import duties can be obtained at your responsible authority.
★ How much is shipping? How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are made and packaged with love and sent to you within 1-3 business days processing time from Germany.

★ Can I Return / Exchange an item?
Of course! If you’d like to return unworn items (original labels attached, like-new condition) or exchange for a different size you can do so within 14 days after receiving your order. Just email us at email@example.com and we will issue a return slip. Please package all items carefully and send them to:

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Attention: If the return is sent without proper postage all resulting fees are charges for your account and will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure to only send out packages with proper postage.

★ Something I want is sold out! Will it come back in stock?
We tend to restock popular items regularly, so no worries. When it comes to limited editions or special offers you should be quick though.
