If your desired product is currently out of stock, you can leave your email directly on the product page so that you will be automatically notified when it becomes available.

Is it possible to order a customized product?
Since we design, produce and adorn jewellery, clothing and accessories in our Studio in Germany, it is also possible to offer you custom-made products. Please email us at contact@pourlarebelle.com or chat with us on WhatsApp to discuss your ideas and all the possibilities.
My order is a gift
We are over the moon you would like to give our products to your loved ones.
In the shopping cart you have the option to mark your order as a gift and to give us details (e.g. whether you would like the products packaged together, whether you would like to include a gift message, etc.). By default, we send gifts without an invoice and in free beautiful gift wrapping. Happy giving!

What payment methods do you offer?
We offer a wide range of the most popular payment methods for your order, including Paypal, Klarna, Sofort by Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay andAmazon Payments. All available payment options will be displayed during check-out.

How can I redeem my gift code?
You can redeem your gift voucher or discount code during checkout.
Only one discount code can be used per order.
How soon will I receive my order?
Processing time:
Your order will be made, packaged and shipped with love within 1 business day. Custom-made products can take 2-3 working days.
Delivery times:
Germany 1-2 working days
Europe 7-10 working days
Worldwide 10-15 business days
How much does shipping cost?
Within Germany we charge €2.90 for all orders with an order value under €29. For orders over €29, shipping is always free.
For orders outside Germany: For orders under €29, shipping worldwide costs €5. We also offer free international shipping for orders over €29.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide directly from our studio in Germany.
My order has not arrived, what can I do?
If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received anything, please check with neighbors and your nearest post office, who usually holds packages for you. Your delivery notifications might be missing in your mailbox and your package is waiting for you there.
If the shipping time is significantly exceeded or the tracking has not been updated for a long time, please send us an email to contact@pourlarebelle.com. We're always happy to help with locating your package.
★ RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How can I return something?
We hope you love all the items you order from us. If you do want to return something, we offer you an extended return period of 30 days instead of the usual 14 days.
Please send an email to contact@pourlarebelle.com and we will send you a return slip or use the withdrawal form, which you can find here .
Please package the unworn, in new condition items carefully and send them with sufficient postage to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend choosing an insured shipping method so that you can track your return at any time.
When and how will I receive my refund?
Your return will be processed within 3 business days of receipt and your refund will be issued immediately. Refunds are always made to the payment method chosen when placing the order. Depending on the payment provider, it may take some time for your refund to reach your account.
How can I exchange something?
If something doesn't fit, it's no problem at all to exchange one or more items.

★ QUESTIONS ABOUT JEWELRY
What materials do you use?
We only use selected high-quality and certified materials for our jewelry - guaranteed allergy-friendly 100% nickel-free .
Our genuine jewelery is without exception made of high-quality 925 sterling silver, most are rhodium-plated and tarnish-resistant, so that they will be with you for a long time.
For jewelry and accessories, where the use of other materials is necessary for production (e.g. jewelry wire for our gemstone necklaces), we only use high-quality stainless steel, which is durable, does not tarnish and is anti-allergenic.

How do I care for my jewelry?
925 sterling silver is durable and insensitive. To keep your jewelry looking like new, we recommend removing it before activities such as exercise, swimming and showering to prevent scratches and to keep it sparkling.
When you don't wear your jewelry for a while, we recommend storing it as airtight as possible to avoid oxidation. But don't worry, even if your jewelry starts to tarnish, you can make it sparkle again with the silver polishing cloth, that is included with your order, at any time .
I need a different size or length
If you need a different size or length of any of our jewelry pieces, please feel free to email us at contact@pourlarebelle.com or text us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to implement your wishes.
How can I order personalized jewelry?
You can easily order our personalized pieces of jewelery in our shop. Before adding the jewelry to your cart you have the option of adding your personalization request to a text field right where the add to cart button is. Additionally you can leave us a note during checkout. If something is unclear, we will contact you within 24 hours to make sure everything is perfect.

Can I return personalized jewelry?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns for personalized jewelry as it is made to order just for you.

How do I find the right size for me?
In the descriptions of your new favorite pieces, you will not only find information about the size in which the item is available, but also what size the model is wearing in the photos and possible deviations from the size norm. Our sizing information is for realistic body shapes and sizes, so you can be as sure as possible when ordering you have chosen the right size. Of course, you can also return or exchange anything that doesn't fit within our extended 30-day return period.

Which materials do you use?
With all of our products, we focus on sustainability, fair production and comfort. You can be sure that all materials have been tested by us many intensively and we are also super enthusiastic about wearing our own clothes.
The majority of our shirts, dresses and more are made of super soft, ring-spun and combed cotton, sourced ecologically sustainable and awarded with all pioneering certificates such as fair wear etc. High-quality tailoring, printed by hand and inspected again in detail before it is on it's way to you.
What is the best way to wash your clothes?
All of our garments are subjected to intensive washing tests to ensure that you will enjoy them for a long time and that they will keep their shape and colour.
In the item description of your favorite piece you will find the appropriate washing recommendation. In summary, we recommend that our shirts, dresses, etc. with prints be washed in the washing machine at a maximum of 30 degrees and not tumbled dry. You can also protect the print by turning the shirt inside out to wash it.
Please note when ironing: Never iron the print directly with the iron. You can iron the shirt inside out with moderate heat without any problems or you should place a cloth between the iron and the print. The materials of our clothing are chosen, so that minimal ironing is required.
