My desired product is sold out, help!
If your desired product is currently sold out, you can leave your email address directly on the product page so that you will be automatically notified when it is available.

Is it possible to order a custom-made product?
Since we design and finish jewelry, clothing and accessories in our studio in Germany , it is sometimes possible to offer you custom-made items. Please send us an email to hi@pourlarebelle.com or chat with us on WhatsApp to discuss your wishes and all the possibilities.
Do you also offer gift wrapping?
We are happy that you would like to give something from us to your loved ones.
In the shopping cart you have the option to mark your order as a gift and tell us details (e.g. whether you want products packaged together, whether you want to include a gift message, etc.). As standard we send gifts without an invoice and in free, beautiful gift wrapping . Have fun giving!

What payment methods do you offer?
We offer a wide range of the most popular payment methods for your order, including Paypal, Klarna, Sofort by Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay . All available payment options for your location will be displayed during checkout.

How can I redeem my discount or voucher code?
You can enter your voucher or discount code directly at the checkout. If you have any problems redeeming it, we are happy to help you at any time.
For discount codes: Only one code can be used per order.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Our processing time:
Your order will be lovingly packaged and shipped within 1-2 working days . Custom orders can take 2-3 working days, please take this into account when ordering.
Delivery times (from receipt of payment):
Germany : 2-3 working days
Express (DHL): 1 working day until the end of the day (please note the additional processing time of 1-2 days)
European Union: approx. 7-10 working days
Worldwide : approx. 10-15 working days

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs (including VAT):
Germany: 2.90 € (free shipping for orders over 49 €)
Germany Express: 15 €
Rest of the world: 5 € (free shipping for orders over 49 €)
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide * directly from our studio in Germany.
* With the exception of the following countries: Switzerland, Greece, Bulgaria, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain.
My order hasn't arrived, what can I do?
Don't worry, we always find a solution.
If your order is shown as delivered but you haven't received anything, please ask your neighbors and your nearest post office, which usually holds shipments for you. Sometimes the notifications are missing from your mailbox and your package is waiting for you there.
If you don't know which post office is responsible for you, DHL will help you.
If the shipping time has been significantly exceeded or the tracking has not been updated for a long time, please send us an email to hi@pourlarebelle.com and we will take care of the investigation or replacement directly.
★ RETURN & EXCHANGE
How can I return something?
We hope you love all the items you order from us. If you do need to return something, we offer a super hassle-free, extended return period of 30 days instead of the usual 14 days.
Please send an email to returns@pourlarebelle.com or use the contact form here in the shop so that we can process your return as quickly as possible. You can of course also use the cancellation form, which you can find here find.

The return costs are at your expense. We recommend that you choose an insured shipping method so that you can track your return at any time and the package is insured against loss.
When and how will I receive my refund?
Your return will be processed within 1-3 business days of receipt and your refund will be processed immediately. We will of course keep you updated by email. Refunds are always made to the payment method selected when ordering. Depending on the payment provider, it may take some time for the refund to reach you.
How can I exchange something?
If something doesn't fit, it's no problem at all to exchange one or more items.
Please send us an email to hi@pourlarebelle.com so that we can process your exchange and reserve your new desired product.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you choose an insured shipping method so that you can track your return at any time and are protected against loss.
As soon as we receive your shipment, we will process your exchange within 1-2 working days and send the new package on its way to you. You will of course be kept up to date at all times.
★ QUESTIONS ABOUT JEWELRY
What materials do you use?
We only use selected, high-quality and certified materials for our jewelry - guaranteed hypoallergenic and 100% nickel-free . Whenever possible, we use recycled silver because sustainability is not an option for us, but a must.
Our cool real jewelry is made without exception from high-quality 925 sterling silver , partly rhodium-plated and tarnish-proof, so that you never have to take it off and it will bring you joy for eternity.
Of course, our jewelry is waterproof ! If stones/zirconia are used, you can also shower or play sports with these pieces of jewelry, because our stones are never glued, but always set.

How do I care for my jewelry?
925 sterling silver is durable, hard-wearing, hypoallergenic and waterproof . To ensure that your Pour la Rebelle jewelry always shines, treat it to a little care every now and then. Silver can tarnish over time, but there is no need to worry - it is completely normal and can be easily removed. Store your pieces in a dry place, avoid contact with chemicals and polish them gently with a soft cloth. Rhodium-plated designs are particularly easy to care for and tarnish less often, but they also appreciate a little attention. This way, your style will always be on point!
I need a different size or length
If you need a different size or length for one of our pieces of jewelry, please contact us by email hi@pourlarebelle.com or WhatsApp and we will do our best to fulfill your wishes.
How can I order personalized jewelry?
You can easily order our personalized jewelry through our shop. During the ordering process, you have the option of leaving us a message with your personalization request . If something is unclear, we will contact you within 24 hours to make sure everything is perfect.

Can I return personalized jewelry?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on personalized jewelry as it is custom-made just for you.

How do I find my right size?
In the descriptions of your new favorite pieces, you will not only find information about which size the respective item is available in, but also what size the model is wearing in the photos and other deviations from the norm. We provide all information for realistic body shapes and sizes so that when you order, you can be as sure as possible that you have chosen the right size for you. Of course, you can also return or exchange anything that doesn't fit within our extended 30-day return period.

What materials do you use?
We place the highest value on sustainability, fair production and comfort in all of our products. You can be sure that all materials have been tested many times by us and that we also wear our own clothes with enthusiasm.
The majority of our shirts, jackets, dresses and more are made of super soft, ring-spun and combed cotton from ecologically sustainable cultivation and are awarded all the pioneering certificates such as Fair Wear etc. High-quality workmanship, hand-printed and checked again in detail before it starts its journey to you.
What is the best way to wash your clothes?
We subject all of our garments to intensive washing tests to ensure that you can enjoy them for a long time and that they retain their shape and color.
You will find the appropriate washing recommendation in the item description of your favorite item. In summary, we recommend that our shirts, dresses, etc. with prints are washed in the washing machine at a maximum of 30 degrees and not dried in the dryer. You can also protect the print by turning the shirt inside out when washing.
Please note when ironing: Never iron the prints directly with the iron. You can iron the shirt inside out with moderate heat without any problems or you should place a cloth between the iron and the print. We choose our shirt materials so that minimal ironing is required.
