If the shipping time has been significantly exceeded or the tracking has not been updated for a long time, please send us an email to hi@pourlarebelle.com and we will take care of the investigation or replacement directly.

Our cool real jewelry is made without exception from high-quality 925 sterling silver , partly rhodium-plated and tarnish-proof, so that you never have to take it off and it will bring you joy for eternity.

Of course, our jewelry is waterproof ! If stones/zirconia are used, you can also shower or play sports with these pieces of jewelry, because our stones are never glued, but always set.

925 sterling silver is durable, hard-wearing, hypoallergenic, and water-resistant . To keep your Pour la Rebelle jewelry shining, treat it with a little care every now and then. Silver can tarnish over time, but this is nothing to worry about—it's completely normal and can be easily removed. Store your pieces in a dry place, avoid contact with chemicals, and polish them gently with a soft cloth.
Rhodium-plated designs are particularly easy to care for and less likely to tarnish, but they also appreciate a little attention. This way, your style will always be on point!

✨ For 14K gold-plated jewelry: To preserve the gold shine for as long as possible, please avoid harsh abrasion, contact with chemicals, or prolonged contact with liquids. You can easily polish your jewelry (without harsh abrasion or chemicals) with a soft cloth (please do not use a silver polishing cloth, which contains detergents).

Our click earrings are not only stylish but also super easy to adjust . If the clasp is too loose or too tight, you can easily adjust it to your liking:
Bend the mandrel slightly upwards (for a firmer hold) or downwards (if you want it to close more softly) using your finger or small pliers.

To ensure your hoop earrings always stay secure, check the clasps regularly —especially if you change them often. This way, your jewelry will be ready for any adventure! ✨

Our stud earrings feature a high-quality butterfly clasp made of 925 silver—the gold-plated versions, of course, are made of matching 14K gold-plated silver. These clasps are easy to put on and take off and stay securely in place , so you can wear your earrings worry-free. There's also a silicone clasp for extra flexibility.

1️⃣ Step 1:
Insert the top with the thin pin about halfway into the rod.

2️⃣ Step 2:
Bend the top very slightly with your finger, so that a tiny crease is created in the middle of the pin.

3️⃣ Step 3:
Gently press the top into the rod (adjust the bend if necessary). The bend creates tension and holds the top securely in the rod.

💡 Tip:
- First, adjust it outside the ear and test whether the top stays securely in place.
- Always bend in the middle of the pin – this will prevent the top from breaking off.

Our ear cuffs and some rings are individually adjustable, but should only be adjusted carefully and preferably only once, so that they fit you perfectly and accompany you for a long time.

Ear Cuffs:
Ear cuffs are initially delivered slightly smaller. Gently pull the ear cuff apart slightly with your fingers so that it fits over the edge of your ear. Place it approximately in the middle of your ear and slide it over the edge of your ear to the desired position. Then gently press it back together – firmly enough so that it sits securely and doesn't fall off, but not so tightly that it pinches. Once the correct size is set, the ear cuff can be simply put on and taken off without having to readjust it every time. Please do not regularly bend the cuffs open and closed, as this will weaken the material at the bending point and the cuff will eventually break.

Rings:
Adjustable rings are supplied in a base size (see item description) and can be carefully adjusted about one size smaller or larger. Carefully adjust the ring until it fits comfortably on your finger. Once the correct size is found, it should be maintained. Frequent readjustment or repeated bending open and closed can weaken the material, causing the ring to break sooner or later.

Our gold and platinum plating is of high quality and applied according to the latest premium standards . To ensure your jewelry retains its beautiful, shiny look for as long as possible, here are a few important tips:

Why can the plating change?

At all points where the jewelry goes directly through the skin – for example , studs, posts, or the prong of hoop earrings – the plating will first become dull or thinner. This is perfectly normal and is due to:

• Friction during insertion and removal
• Moisture (e.g., sweat, showering, sports)
• the natural pH value of your skin

These areas are always subject to more wear and tear than the visible outer surfaces of a piece of jewelry.
