My desired product is sold out, help!
If your desired product is currently sold out, you can leave your email address directly on the product page so that you will be automatically notified when it is available.
If you have any further questions, such as when something is expected to be available again, please send us an email to hi@pourlarebelle.com or chat with us on WhatsApp .
Is it possible to order a custom-made product?
Since we design and finish jewelry, clothing and accessories in our studio in Germany , it is sometimes possible to offer you custom-made items. Please send us an email to hi@pourlarebelle.com or chat with us on WhatsApp to discuss your wishes and all the possibilities.
Do you also offer gift wrapping?
We are happy that you would like to give something from us to your loved ones.
In the shopping cart you have the option to mark your order as a gift and tell us details (e.g. whether you want products packaged together, whether you want to include a gift message, etc.). As standard we send gifts without an invoice and in free, beautiful gift wrapping . Have fun giving!

What payment methods do you offer?
We offer a wide range of the most popular payment methods for your order, including Paypal, Klarna, Sofort by Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay . All available payment options for your location will be displayed during checkout.
Your payment information and transactions are always 100% secured by the latest technology such as SSL.
How can I redeem my discount or voucher code?
You can enter your voucher or discount code directly at the checkout. If you have any problems redeeming it, we are happy to help you at any time.
For discount codes: Only one code can be used per order.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Our processing time:
Your order will be lovingly packaged and shipped within 1-2 working days . Custom orders can take 2-3 working days, please take this into account when ordering.
Delivery times (from receipt of payment):
Germany : 2-3 working days
Express (DHL): 1 working day until the end of the day (please note the additional processing time of 1-2 days)
European Union: approx. 7-10 working days
Worldwide : approx. 10-15 working days
If you need your order faster, please send us a message and select express shipping at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs (including VAT):
Germany: 2.90 € (free shipping for orders over 49 €)
Germany Express: 15 €
Rest of the world: 5 € (free shipping for orders over 49 €)
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide * directly from our studio in Germany.
* With the exception of the following countries: Switzerland, Greece, Bulgaria, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain.
My order hasn't arrived, what can I do?
Don't worry, we always find a solution.
If your order is shown as delivered but you haven't received anything, please ask your neighbors and your nearest post office, which usually holds shipments for you. Sometimes the notifications are missing from your mailbox and your package is waiting for you there.
If you don't know which post office is responsible for you, DHL will help you.
If the shipping time has been significantly exceeded or the tracking has not been updated for a long time, please send us an email to hi@pourlarebelle.com and we will take care of the investigation or replacement directly.
What happens if my order is returned?
We will keep you regularly updated with delivery updates via email so that you don't miss your order.
If your package could not be delivered (e.g. due to incorrect address or non-collection), it will be sent back to us. Don't worry - you can still receive your order!
📦 Reshipment: In order for us to be able to send your package again, return costs (varies depending on the recipient country) as well as the additional shipping costs according to our current shipping overview will apply.
Important: Returning your package does not constitute an automatic cancellation. If you really no longer want your order, please take a look at our cancellation policy
★ RETURN & EXCHANGE
How can I return something?
We hope you love all the items you order from us. If you do need to return something, we offer a super hassle-free, extended return period of 30 days instead of the usual 14 days.
Please send an email to returns@pourlarebelle.com or use the contact form here in the shop so that we can process your return as quickly as possible. You can of course also use the cancellation form, which you can find here find.
Please pack the unworn items carefully in new condition and send them with sufficient postage to:

The return costs are at your expense. We recommend that you choose an insured shipping method so that you can track your return at any time and the package is insured against loss.
When and how will I receive my refund?
Your return will be processed within 1-3 business days of receipt and your refund will be processed immediately. We will of course keep you updated by email. Refunds are always made to the payment method selected when ordering. Depending on the payment provider, it may take some time for the refund to reach you.
How can I exchange something?
If something doesn't fit, it's no problem at all to exchange one or more items.
Please send us an email to hi@pourlarebelle.com so that we can process your exchange and reserve your new desired product.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you choose an insured shipping method so that you can track your return at any time and are protected against loss.
As soon as we receive your shipment, we will process your exchange within 1-2 working days and send the new package on its way to you. You will of course be kept up to date at all times.
✶ FRAGEN ZUM SCHMUCK
Welche Materialien verwendet ihr?
Wir verwenden ausschließlich ausgewählte, hochwertige und zertifizierte Materialien für unseren Schmuck - garantiert hypoallergen und zu 100 % Nickelfrei. Wann immer möglich greifen wir auf recyceltes Silber zurück, denn Nachhaltigkeit ist für uns keine Option, sondern ein Muss.
Unser cooler Echt-Schmuck ist ohne Ausnahme aus hochwertigem 925 Sterling Silber gefertigt, teils rhodiniert und anlaufgeschützt, damit du ihn nie Ablegen musst und er dir bis in die Ewigkeit Freude bereitet.
Selbstverständlich ist unser Schmuck Wasserfest! Wenn Steine / Zirkonia verwedet werden kannst du mit diesen Schmuckstücken ebenfalls Duschen gehen oder Sport treiben, denn unsere Steine sind niemals geklebt, sondern immer gefasst.

Wie pflege ich meinen Schmuck?
925 Sterling Silber ist langlebig, unempfindlich, hypoallergen und wasserfest. Damit dein Pour la Rebelle Schmuck immer glänzt, gönn ihm ab und zu ein wenig Pflege. Silber kann mit der Zeit anlaufen, aber das ist kein Grund zur Sorge – es ist völlig normal und lässt sich leicht entfernen. Bewahre deine Stücke trocken auf, vermeide den Kontakt mit Chemikalien und poliere sie sanft mit einem weichen Tuch.
Rhodinierte Designs sind besonders pflegeleicht und laufen seltener an, aber auch sie freuen sich über ein bisschen Zuwendung. So bleibt dein Style immer on point!
✨ Für 14K vergoldeten Schmuck: Damit der Goldglanz möglichst lange erhalten bleibt, vermeide bitte starke Reibung, Kontakt mit Chemikalien oder längeren Kontakt mit Flüssigkeiten. Du kannst deinen Schmuck leicht (ohne starke Reibung oder zugefügte Chemikalien) mit einem weichen Tuch zum glänzen bringen (bitte kein Silberputztuch verwenden, das enthält Reinigungsmittel).

Wie funktionieren eure Click-Creolen?

Unsere Click Creolen sind nicht nur stylish, sondern auch super easy anpassbar. Falls der Verschluss mal zu locker oder zu fest sitzt, kannst du ihn ganz einfach auf dich anpassen:
Biege den Dorn minimal mit dem Finger oder einer kleinen Zange nach oben (für einen festeren Halt) oder nach unten (wenn er softer schließen soll).
Damit deine Creolen immer sicher sitzen, check den Verschluss regelmäßig – besonders, wenn du sie oft wechselst. So bleibt dein Schmuck bereit für jedes Abenteuer! ✨
Welche Verschlüsse haben eure Ohrstecker?
Unsere Ohrstecker haben einen hochwertigen Butterfly-Steckverschluss aus 925 Silber – bei den vergoldeten Varianten natürlich passend in 14K vergoldetem Silber. Diese Verschlüsse sind easy an- und abzulegen und halten sicher, damit du deine Ohrstecker sorgenfrei tragen kannst. Zusätzlich gibt’s noch einen Silikon-Verschluss für extra Flexibilität.
Und für alle, die es noch bequemer mögen: Flatbacks sind bereits in Planung und voraussichtlich in der zweiten Hälfte von 2025 am Start! 🔮✨
