My desired product is sold out, help!
If your desired product is currently sold out, you can leave your email address directly on the product page so that you will be automatically notified when it is available.

Is it possible to order a custom-made product?
Since we design and finish jewelry, clothing and accessories in our studio in Germany , it is sometimes possible to offer you custom-made items. Please send us an email to hi@pourlarebelle.com or chat with us on WhatsApp to discuss your wishes and all the possibilities.
Do you also offer gift wrapping?
We are happy that you would like to give something from us to your loved ones.
In the shopping cart you have the option to mark your order as a gift and tell us details (e.g. whether you want products packaged together, whether you want to include a gift message, etc.). As standard we send gifts without an invoice and in free, beautiful gift wrapping . Have fun giving!

What payment methods do you offer?
We offer a wide range of the most popular payment methods for your order, including Paypal, Klarna, Sofort by Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay . All available payment options for your location will be displayed during checkout.
Your payment information and transactions are always 100% secured by the latest technology such as SSL.
How can I redeem my discount or voucher code?
You can enter your voucher or discount code directly at the checkout. If you have any problems redeeming it, we are happy to help you at any time.
For discount codes: Only one code can be used per order.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Our processing time:
Your order will be lovingly packaged and shipped within 1-2 working days . Custom orders can take 2-3 working days, please take this into account when ordering.
Delivery times (from receipt of payment):
Germany : 2-3 working days
Express (DHL): 1 working day until the end of the day (please note the additional processing time of 1-2 days)
European Union: approx. 7-10 working days
Worldwide : approx. 10-15 working days
If you need your order faster, please send us a message and select express shipping at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs (including VAT):
Germany: 2.90 € (free shipping for orders over 49 €)
Germany Express: 15 €
Rest of the world: 5 € (free shipping for orders over 49 €)
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide * directly from our studio in Germany.
* With the exception of the following countries: Switzerland, Greece, Bulgaria, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain.
My order hasn't arrived, what can I do?
Don't worry, we always find a solution.
If your order is shown as delivered but you haven't received anything, please ask your neighbors and your nearest post office, which usually holds shipments for you. Sometimes the notifications are missing from your mailbox and your package is waiting for you there.
If you don't know which post office is responsible for you, DHL will help you.
If the shipping time has been significantly exceeded or the tracking has not been updated for a long time, please send us an email to hi@pourlarebelle.com and we will take care of the investigation or replacement directly.
What happens if my order is returned?
We will keep you regularly updated with delivery updates via email so that you don't miss your order.
If your package could not be delivered (e.g. due to incorrect address or non-collection), it will be sent back to us. Don't worry - you can still receive your order!
📦 Reshipment: In order for us to be able to send your package again, return costs (varies depending on the recipient country) as well as the additional shipping costs according to our current shipping overview will apply.
Important: Returning your package does not constitute an automatic cancellation. If you really no longer want your order, please take a look at our cancellation policy
★ RETURN & EXCHANGE
How can I return something?
We hope you love all the items you order from us. If you do need to return something, we offer a super hassle-free, extended return period of 30 days instead of the usual 14 days.
Please send an email to returns@pourlarebelle.com or use the contact form here in the shop so that we can process your return as quickly as possible. You can of course also use the cancellation form, which you can find here find.
Please pack the unworn items carefully in new condition and send them with sufficient postage to:

The return costs are at your expense. We recommend that you choose an insured shipping method so that you can track your return at any time and the package is insured against loss.
When and how will I receive my refund?
Your return will be processed within 1-3 business days of receipt and your refund will be processed immediately. We will of course keep you updated by email. Refunds are always made to the payment method selected when ordering. Depending on the payment provider, it may take some time for the refund to reach you.
How can I exchange something?
If something doesn't fit, it's no problem at all to exchange one or more items.
Please send us an email to hi@pourlarebelle.com so that we can process your exchange and reserve your new desired product.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you choose an insured shipping method so that you can track your return at any time and are protected against loss.
As soon as we receive your shipment, we will process your exchange within 1-2 working days and send the new package on its way to you. You will of course be kept up to date at all times.
✶ QUESTIONS ABOUT JEWELRY
What materials do you use?
We only use selected, high-quality and certified materials for our jewelry - guaranteed hypoallergenic and 100% nickel-free . Whenever possible, we use recycled silver because sustainability is not an option for us, but a must.
Our cool real jewelry is made without exception from high-quality 925 sterling silver , partly rhodium-plated and tarnish-proof, so that you never have to take it off and it will bring you joy for eternity.
Of course, our jewelry is waterproof ! If stones/zirconia are used, you can also shower or play sports with these pieces of jewelry, because our stones are never glued, but always set.

How do I care for my jewelry?
925 sterling silver is durable, hard-wearing, hypoallergenic, and water-resistant . To keep your Pour la Rebelle jewelry shining, treat it with a little care every now and then. Silver can tarnish over time, but this is nothing to worry about—it's completely normal and can be easily removed. Store your pieces in a dry place, avoid contact with chemicals, and polish them gently with a soft cloth.
Rhodium-plated designs are particularly easy to care for and less likely to tarnish, but they also appreciate a little attention. This way, your style will always be on point!
✨ For 14K gold-plated jewelry: To preserve the gold shine for as long as possible, please avoid harsh abrasion, contact with chemicals, or prolonged contact with liquids. You can easily polish your jewelry (without harsh abrasion or chemicals) with a soft cloth (please do not use a silver polishing cloth, which contains detergents).
How do your click earrings work?

Our click earrings are not only stylish but also super easy to adjust . If the clasp is too loose or too tight, you can easily adjust it to your liking:
Bend the mandrel slightly upwards (for a firmer hold) or downwards (if you want it to close more softly) using your finger or small pliers.
To ensure your hoop earrings always stay secure, check the clasps regularly —especially if you change them often. This way, your jewelry will be ready for any adventure! ✨
What kind of closures do your earrings have?
Our stud earrings feature a high-quality butterfly clasp made of 925 silver—the gold-plated versions, of course, are made of matching 14K gold-plated silver. These clasps are easy to put on and take off and stay securely in place , so you can wear your earrings worry-free. There's also a silicone clasp for extra flexibility.
And for those who prefer even more convenience: Flatbacks are already in the planning stages and are expected to launch in the second half of 2025! 🔮✨
How do your piercing studs work?

1️⃣ Step 1:
Insert the top with the thin pin about halfway into the rod.
2️⃣ Step 2:
Bend the top very slightly with your finger, so that a tiny crease is created in the middle of the pin.
3️⃣ Step 3:
Gently press the top into the rod (adjust the bend if necessary). The bend creates tension and holds the top securely in the rod.
💡 Tip:
- First, adjust it outside the ear and test whether the top stays securely in place.
- Always bend in the middle of the pin – this will prevent the top from breaking off.

How durable is the gold plating/gilding?
Our gold and platinum plating is of high quality and applied according to the latest premium standards . To ensure your jewelry retains its beautiful, shiny look for as long as possible, here are a few important tips:
Why can the plating change?
At all points where the jewelry goes directly through the skin – for example , studs, posts, or the prong of hoop earrings – the plating will first become dull or thinner. This is perfectly normal and is due to:
- Friction during insertion and removal
- Moisture (e.g., sweat, showering, sports)
- the natural pH value of your skin
These areas are always subject to more wear and tear than the visible outer surfaces of a piece of jewelry.
